We work to enable social mobility, increase well-being, and increase financial inclusion amongst social tenants, empowering residents to make significant improvements to their lives. 90% of jobs in the UK require basic internet skills and 4.1 million social tenants have never been online. 10 million people in the UK have no qualifications. According to the NHF households without internet access are losing out on savings of approximately £560 a year by paying bills and shopping online.

We are a registered UK Online Partner and provide City and Guilds training and qualification for residents in online basics. We are able to support residents who who have little experience of using computers, for example we support and provide training to enable residents to;

  • Register on Mutual Exchange schemes online
  • Register and search for jobs

  • U switch utilities check
  • Gain a City & Guilds Qualification
  • Obtain a reference following training
